Net rates

Agency rates are net of commission and are not published, because they depend on volume, lead time and payment terms. As a guide, the discount to the public prices on this site typically starts in the low double digits and improves with committed volume. There is no joining fee and no minimum spend to get a rate sheet.

How it works

1. Tell us what you sell. Destinations, rough annual volume, the services you need most.
2. We send a rate sheet — a spreadsheet, not a portal login you will never use again — plus the cancellation terms that apply to trade bookings.
3. You book by email or WhatsApp to a named contact on our operations desk. No form, no queue. We confirm in writing with a reference.
4. We handle the ground. Your client deals with your brand; our drivers and greeters carry your paperwork if you want them to.
5. We invoice you, not your client. Your margin stays yours and is never visible to the traveller.

Settlement

• Invoicing in Thai baht. Other currencies by agreement, at an agreed fixing.
• Prepayment for the first three bookings, then 14-day terms on request, then 30-day terms once a track record exists.
• Bank transfer or card. Card payments carry the processing cost, which we will state before you choose it.
• Consolidated monthly statements, with a reconciliation line per booking reference.

Applying

Email partners@accesstransitexpress.com with your company name, registration number, country, website and the destinations you cover. We reply within one business day with the rate sheet and the trade terms.

For due diligence, we can supply our company registration, tourism licence, insurance certificates and bank references on request — the same documents we would ask of you.
