Help & FAQ

Answers to the things people actually ask us. If yours is not here, the arrivals desk answers around the clock.

Booking & payment

How do I pay, and when am I charged?

Submitting a booking on this site reserves your places and sends the request to our Bangkok desk. We check the boat, vehicle or airport greeter is genuinely available for your date, then email you a secure payment link. You are only charged when you use that link. Nothing is taken at the moment you press the button on this website.

What currency am I charged in?

Every booking is settled in Thai baht (THB). Other currencies shown on this site are indicative conversions to help you judge the price; your own bank sets the rate and may add its own foreign transaction fee. Your card statement will show ACCESSTRANSIT BANGKOK TH.

Which cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay, all with 3-D Secure. We also accept PromptPay QR for Thai bank accounts, and bank transfer for bookings over ฿50,000 and agency accounts. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own hosted page — never on this website.

Do you store my card number?

No. We never see it. Payment is processed on the provider’s hosted page, so card data does not pass through our servers at any point. We keep the booking, the amount and a payment reference — nothing more.

How quickly is a booking confirmed?

Most listings confirm the same day. Items marked "instant confirmation" are confirmed as soon as payment clears. Private charters, festival dates and airport fast track need a manual check — usually a couple of hours during Bangkok working hours, and by 09:00 for requests that come in overnight.

Changes & cancellations

Can I cancel for a refund?

Almost everything on this site can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 or 48 hours before the start time — the exact window is stated on every listing and on your voucher. Cancel inside that window and the booking is non-refundable, because the seat, vehicle or greeter has already been committed in your name.

How long does a refund take?

We issue refunds within one business day of the request. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank: typically 5 to 10 business days for a card, and up to 15 for some issuers outside Thailand. Refunds always go back to the payment method you used.

What if the weather cancels my trip?

If we cancel — bad weather, a marine department closure, a mechanical failure, anything on our side — you choose a new date or a full refund, whenever we cancel and however close to departure it happens. That applies even on listings that are otherwise non-refundable.

Can I change the date?

Yes, subject to availability, at no charge if you tell us outside the free-cancellation window on your listing. Inside the window we will still try, but we cannot promise it — reply to your voucher email or message the operations number.

On the day

When do I find out my pick-up time?

The evening before you travel. We message the pick-up window, the driver’s name and the vehicle plate by email and, if you gave us a number, WhatsApp. Pick-up times depend on where you are staying and, for boat trips, on the tide.

What if my flight is delayed?

Give us your flight number at checkout and we track it. A delayed arrival moves your transfer or your fast-track greeter at no charge. Without a flight number we cannot see the delay, and waiting time beyond the included window may be charged.

How much waiting time is included on a transfer?

Ninety minutes after landing for international arrivals, sixty for domestic, and fifteen minutes for a hotel pick-up. Beyond that we charge waiting time, which we will always tell you about before it starts.

Do I need to print my voucher?

No. Your phone screen is fine everywhere we operate. Bring a paper copy if you like — some guests prefer it for airport fast track, where the greeter is looking for your name rather than a code.

Airport fast track

What does fast track actually get me?

A named airport escort meets you at the aircraft door with your name on a board, guides you through priority immigration handling where the lane is available and authorised, helps with the arrival formalities, and stays with you through to the arrivals exit. Porter, buggy and personal-butler tiers sit above the standard service. It shortens the immigration queue, which at peak arrival banks can run past an hour.

Does it skip customs or security?

No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Customs and aviation security are enforcement functions nobody can lawfully bypass, and the immigration officer still makes the admission decision. Fast track is a queue-management service arranged with the airport, and what it buys you is the walk and the wait — not the outcome.

Which airports do you cover?

Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Don Mueang (DMK) and Phuket (HKT) — the terminals where we hold the airport authorisation. Each offers arrival, departure, or both legs booked together; Suvarnabhumi and Phuket take 15% off the pair. Our private transfers cover more airports than that, including Chiang Mai, Krabi and Samui.

How far ahead do I need to book it?

At least 48 hours before your flight, so the airport pass can be issued in your name. Same-day requests are occasionally possible — message us and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Can you help with visa on arrival?

Your greeter will escort you to the visa-on-arrival counter and help with the paperwork, but the fee, the eligibility rules and the processing time are set entirely by Thai Immigration. We have no influence over the decision.

Practical

Are children charged?

It varies by listing and each one states its own rule. Broadly: under 2 or 3 travels free on most trips, 3 to 11 pays a reduced child rate, and 12 and over pays the adult rate. Transfers and charters are priced per vehicle or per boat, so children do not change the price at all.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, on every experience that includes food. Vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free are all routinely arranged with 48 hours’ notice. Tell us in the special requests box at checkout, and tell us about allergies specifically rather than as a preference.

I have limited mobility — which trips work?

Transfers and city tours generally work well. Speedboats, cave canoeing and viewpoint climbs generally do not, and each listing says so plainly under "before you book". Message us with the specifics before you book and we will tell you honestly what will and will not work.

Do you sell anything outside Thailand?

No. Thailand only. It is the whole premise of the business: our own staff, vehicles and knowledge in one country rather than a thin layer over the whole region.
